Parcel Delivery Service Collection Times

Collection times with any courier or parcel delivery service will vary depending on the flexibility of the courier service you are using. It may also depend on the type of account you hold or the type of service you have chosen. Some parcel delivery services will allow you to pay more for a specific booking slot, but you will be paying a premium for this type of service.

The following information outlines the anticipated collection times with each of the carriers used by Transglobal Express:

  • DHL Air Express - Collections can normally booked within a 3 hour window. The latest available "Goods ready time" will be shown online during the booking process.

  • DHL Europlus - We are unable to make AM or PM bookings with DHL Europlus, if you book in advance of the collection date, the goods must be available for collection between 9am and 5.30pm. • FedEx - If you book on to our FedEx service your parcel will be collected by City Link. Bookings must be made by midday and your parcel must be available for collection between 2pm and 5pm.
